If you are not happy with your order we will be happy to issue a STORE CREDIT of the purchased goods or to be processed for an EXCHANGE. We have to receive the merchandise within 14 days after delivery date in the United States and 20 days outside the United States.

  • To be eligible for a Store Credit/Exchange, your purchased item/items must be unused, with tags and its in original condition received. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. To complete and expedite your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase that is always provided with every single transaction to be included with the goods being sent back. 
  • We have to be notified for the goods being returned within 24-48 hours via email at once the customer receives the order.
