At Inna Elsie, every piece is handcrafted and made-to-order with precision and couture attention to detail. Because of the custom nature of our designs, production and delivery timelines vary.
Please review our shipping guidelines below.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME
All pieces are made specifically for you.
Bridal Robes & Couture Pieces
Estimated production and delivery time:
2–8 weeks
Timeline may vary depending on design complexity and customization.
Wedding Dresses
Estimated production and delivery time:
1–6 months
Wedding gowns require detailed craftsmanship, fittings, handwork, and specialty fabrics. We strongly recommend placing your order well in advance of your wedding date.
Production time includes creation of your garment. Transit time begins once the item is shipped.
If you have a specific event date, you must inform us prior to placing your order.
Rush orders may be available upon request and are subject to approval and additional fees.
SHIPPING METHOD
We ship worldwide via trusted carriers such as:
- FedEx
- UPS
- DHL
All orders include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
DELIVERY AFTER SHIPMENT
After your order is completed and shipped:
- USA: 2–5 business days
- International: 3–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Additional clearance fees
Inna Elsie is not responsible for customs delays.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Wedding Dresses (Made-to-Measure)
All wedding dresses are custom-made according to the client’s measurements and specifications.
Therefore, all wedding dress sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your dress is made specifically for you
- It cannot be restocked or resold
- No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are permitted after production has begun
Bridal Robes
Bridal robes may be eligible for exchange only.
- Exchanges must be requested within [insert your timeframe, e.g., 3–5 days] of delivery
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
We do not offer refunds on robes.
SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, Inna Elsie is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages
- Delivery issues caused by incorrect address information
High-value orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Due to the couture, made-to-order nature of our brand, we do not guarantee specific delivery dates unless formally agreed upon in writing.
We recommend placing all wedding orders well in advance to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
Unauthorized chargebacks for custom-made items after delivery and/or use will be considered fraudulent and will be formally disputed with full supporting evidence.
