Disappointing Bridal Robe Experience

I was incredibly excited to receive my bridal robe, as it's a special piece for such an important day. Unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. The robe appeared rushed, with loose beads and uneven stitching. To make matters worse,a bead fell off as soon as I opened the package. The hems and stitching on one of the arms were also noticeably off, requiring additional alterations. This unexpected expense not only added financial stress but also caused unnecessary hassle during a time meant to be enjoyable. It's truly disappointing that such a crucial item for my wedding day was not delivered with the expected quality and care.
