Return Policy
We understand the importance of your special day and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality. Therefore, we adhere to the following return and exchange policies:

Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns for full-priced merchandise that was not customize by your size at the time of your order.
- To be eligible, items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with tags intact.
- Items cannot have been used for photography, online promotions, commercial purposes, or personal gain.
- Returned items must be free of deodorant, makeup residue, or any signs of wear. Items failing to meet these standards will be returned to the customer.

Exclusions and Final Sale Items:
- Final sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
- Made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange

Return Process:
- Requests for a return label must be made within 14 days of delivery. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
- A $15 processing fee will apply to all refunds.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 14 days.

Refund Processing:
- Returns will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the item.
- Banking institutions may require additional days to process and post refunds to your account. Please contact your bank for specific timelines.

Damaged Items:
- If an item arrives damaged, contact info@byinnaelsie.com within 48 hours of delivery. Items returned without prior notice will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are permitted only for size issues, provided the item is in brand-new condition.
- Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Return labels are not provided for exchanges.
Cancellation Policy
- Same Day: Full refund minus a 15% bank processing fee if canceled within the same day of purchase.
- Next Day: 50% refund for cancellations made the next day.
- After 72 Hours: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 72 hours.
Delivery Policy
Once your package has been delivered, Inna Elsie is not responsible for any loss or damage.
- If you opt not to purchase shipping insurance, we cannot be held liable for damages, delays, or lost packages.
