RETURN, EXCHANGE & FINAL SALE POLICY
At Inna Elsie, every piece is created with intention, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Due to the delicate and exclusive nature of our garments, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy.
By placing an order, you agree to the policies outlined below.
FINAL SALE POLICY (IMPORTANT)
ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE — NO EXCEPTIONS.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged online or in-store, regardless of fit, preference, or timing.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS (FULL-PRICED, NON-CUSTOM ITEMS ONLY)
Returns are accepted ONLY if ALL conditions below are met:

Item was full-priced at time of purchase

Item was NOT customized, altered, or made-to-order

Item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached

Item has NOT been used for:

Photography
-
Social media content
-
Commercial use
-
Personal promotion or gain

Item is free of odor, deodorant marks, makeup residue, stains, or damage
❗ Any item failing inspection will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
BRIDAL ROBES & FIT DISCLAIMER
Bridal robes are delicate garments, not tailored dresses.

Slight variations in fit, drape, lace placement, or length are normal and expected

Fit preference (too loose, too flowy, too long, etc.) is NOT a defect
-
We do NOT accept returns due to personal fit preference
If a bridal robe does not fit properly:

You must provide clear photos and written explanation within the return window

Our team will review and determine eligibility
EXCHANGE POLICY (LIMITED & CONDITIONAL)
Exchanges are NOT guaranteed and are approved at our sole discretion.
Exchanges MAY be considered ONLY if:

The issue is strictly size-related

The item is brand new, unworn, and unwashed

Request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

Photos are provided showing the issue clearly
Exchange Options (If Approved):

Exchange for another bridal robe of equal or greater value

Store credit (e-gift card)
❌ We do NOT offer:

Refunds for fit preference

Return labels for exchanges

Multiple exchanges on the same order
RETURN REQUEST WINDOW

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Requests made after 14 days will be automatically denied

A $15 processing fee applies to all approved refunds

Return shipping cost is deducted from the refund
REFUND OPTIONS (MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS)
Due to the personalized nature of made-to-order garments:
Option 1: Store Credit (Fastest Resolution)

Issued once the item is received and approved

Credit equals purchase amount (excluding shipping/fees)

Credit never expires
Option 2: Original Payment Refund (Delayed)

Refund is issued ONLY after the returned item is resold

Timeline is not guaranteed

This policy protects against losses on non-standard inventory
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged:

❗ Items returned without prior approval will be rejected and sent back.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Same Day Cancellation: Full refund minus 15% bank processing fee

Next Day Cancellation: 50% refund

After 72 Hours: NO refunds — order enters production
DELIVERY & SHIPPING LIABILITY

Once marked DELIVERED, Inna Elsie is not responsible for loss or theft

Shipping insurance is strongly recommended

Without insurance, we are not liable for:

Lost packages

Delays

Damage during transit

All policies are enforced in accordance with applicable consumer protection and fashion retail laws.
Inna Elsie reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria.
