SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery time depends on the shipping method and the company in charge of your shipping. Most times, processing and handling may take up to 3 business days for stock items and products. Also, customers pay for shipping and delivery unless specified otherwise.

For pre-order, out of stock items, or custom items, please refer to the product page description or reach out to our friendly customer service team by reaching us via the contact us form.

You must pay in full for the pre-order/out of stock items, and wait for the scheduled time given by Inna Elsie’s customer service team.

 

Refunds, exchanges, or store credits are not available for pre-orders, custom, or out of stock items.

 

RETURN POLICY

At Byinnaelsie, we have 14 days money-back guarantee from the delivery date. You will get your money back under the following conditions;

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging
  • The customer must return within the return period of 14 days from the delivery date
  • Item will be carefully inspected by our professional advisors to assure its condition

Items that don’t meet the return requirements will be shipped back to the customer on their expenses, and the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

If an item meets the return requirements, i.e. the item is undamaged, unworn, in its original package, and returned within the return period, the customer will receive a store credit. 

Store credit is available to be used for 90 days.

 

SALES ITEM (IF APPLICABLE)

Our return policy does not apply to items gotten during sales. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sales items cannot be refunded, and we will not provide an exchange or store credit.

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us via the contact us form

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for all shipping costs if you are returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
